"What's your ideal company?"
"I have a strong moral base, so any company with clear ethics and values I am naturally attracted to. Clear structure and organization of roles within the company are preferable. A quiet but pleasant work environment is great, especially if it is well-organized and clean. Mutual respect and willingness to work together with my colleagues is a must."
"How do you handle conflict within the workplace/with customers?"
"I'm a natural mediator and like to always try to find a compromise to whatever conflict I occur. I would listen to and attempt to understand the other (persons) perspective and then come to a rational conclusion. If I am unable to work a problem out one on one, I would refer to my manager for assistance to interpose the situation and offer another viewpoint."
"Why should we hire you?"
"I am a goal-oriented person and will complete any task given to me as soon as I'm able. I'm a quick learner and able to process new information quickly, which also allows me to be rather calm in tense or surprising situations. My personality is very bright and optimistic, so I'll always contribute to a positive work environment amongst others."
"Are you more detail-oriented or 'big picture' driven?"
"I would say detail-oriented if I had to pick one. While having the ability to step back and see the entirety of a project is a necessary skill, I find it far more important to accomplish a task correctly the first time. Unless you focus on the details, that is close to impossible. Details are what make or break a project.

Website Design Lead
My first experience with website design and creation was being assigned as the group leader of two other freshman charged to redesign the Carroll County Police Department Website.

2nd Place Promotional Design
I attended the Kentucky Technology Student Association for the first time and won 2nd place in the State for Promotional Design, were we were assigned to create products promoting TSA to future students.

Outstanding Speaker
By far my favorite event, the Kentucky United Nations Assembly offers a plethora of opportunity for growth, development, and to create connections. I earned the 'Outstanding Speaker' award for my debates throughout the three-day conference among 1,500+ students. I also led a group of three students to have our Resolution Passed in Summit, and to be Passed by the Secretary General.

I was Junior Class Student President at iLEAD Academy which allowed me to learn and grow as a speaker and to teach me valuable leadership skills. I was elected in by all students of iLEAD's Junior Class.

Internship
A week after my 16th birthday, I began interning at the Carroll County Community Development Corporation and the Kentucky I-71 Economic Development Alliance. I also work closely with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Carroll County Tourism. It is a dream internship and I have gained valuable knowledge and skills from it.

WASHINGTON D.C.
Trip to the Captial
I went to Washington D.C. with the KY Youth Tour of Electric Co-Ops representing Owen County Electric. I was able to tour D.C., connect with 89 other students from Kentucky, and meet Government officials (Legislators, Senators, and more). It is an experience that allowed me to grow as a person and is an unforgettable memory.

I was hired by Friends for Michael, Spinal Cord Association, to redesign and update their website in spring and have completed it. I was hired by A Peaceful Place in August to redesign their logo, website, business cards, and more. I am still currently working with them as well.

I was hired by Friends for Michael, Inc. Spinal Cord Association, to redesign and update their website March of 2019. Since then I have completely cleared their website and rebuilt it from the ground up. It now offers online payments and donations as well as easy navigation and pleasing graphics.
